Wedding season may be coming to a close, but the events, parties, and fall/winter weddings are just getting started. We are entering the holiday season; from holiday events, family reunions, those few winter weddings, corporate fundraisers, and corporate events, there will be more events than you expected. You might think a wedding planner, photographer, videographer, and florist's job slows down once the peak of wedding season is over, but the truth is, there is so many events the rest of the year that they stay very busy!
This is a good time to start thinking about the events that you will be hosting/attending within the next few months, and what the Uptown Events team can do for you. The holiday season is stressful; the pre-holiday season is even more stressful. From September to November the pre-planning for all major holiday parties and corporate events takes place and this is generally more stressful than the event itself. Why not let someone else take care of things for you? It's the event planner's job to take all the stress off your plate; they actually like to plan things. The photographer can find a site to take your holiday, family photos, why worry about the next holiday card when you don't have to? The videographer can put together an amazing video for your corporate fundraiser; they like to spend hours tinkering on the computer. And, the florist can create beautiful centerpieces, arrangements, and decor for any event so you don't have to worry about decorating a lavish event yourself.
Too often, the holiday season becomes extremely stressful when it is supposed to be relaxing and fun…well not this year. Tis the season to enjoy the season, and hire Uptown Events to take care of everything for you!
